We may extract information that does not specifically identify you (collectively, "Aggregate Data") from the information you provide (“Customer Information”).  You agree to allow us to disclose and publish Aggregate Data on an Aggregate Basis (as defined below) to any party through any means, including without limitation through press releases, advertising or similar communications.  “Aggregate Basis” means that we combine parts of your Customer Information collected through the Site that do not contain your name with other information from any number of other users/visitors to the Site for any given period of time in a manner that is not intended to disclose any personally identifiable information about individual users, even if it is possible for some to guess what individuals may have been involved.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Activate Chester County does not intend to rent, sell, or share personal information about you. We do not intend to share personal information with other people or nonaffiliated companies other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as the same my be amended from time to time.

Activate Chester County will provide a report to the group administrator of your organization or affiliation for management of incentives and rewards.  The report will share the names and e-mail contact information of registered Activate Chester County participants who have registered and have successfully met the reward or incentive criteria.

Confidentiality and Security

We seek to limit access to personal information about you.  We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards intended to protect personal information about you.  Where indicated, ACC employs software designed to protect your information against unauthorized third party access. Through the use of Secure Socket Layers (SSL), your information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet. Typically email communication is not protected by this security software, and email you send to ACC will not likely have such protection.

Cookies

“Cookies” are pieces of data sent from a Web server to a Web browser that enable a Web server to identify users that visit a site hosted by the server.  We use cookies to identify you so that we can provide you more customized information and services.  At your discretion, you may configure your Web browser not to accept cookies from ACC.  However, if you do not accept cookies from ACC, you may lose access to ACC or experience decreased performance of this Site.
