Personal Fitness Tracker
The Personal Fitness Tracker (PFT) is a fun and easy way to keep
track of each time you participate in physical activity and for how
long. Each minute of activity time is valued at one point in the
PFT. Your PFT then calculates our total activity points and lets
you know when you complete Challenges and reach reward goals.
Your Health Profile
The PFT's Health Profile section enables you to enter measurements,
such as height, weight, blood pressure, waist-hip-thigh circumferences
and heart rate. Your health profile also calculates your Body Mass
Index (BMI) if you enter height and weight numbers.
Results!
When you increase your daily physical activity and improve your
eating habits, you will notice a signigicant health benefit reflected
in changes in our health profile measurements. Tracking your health
profile, which is strictly optional and confidential, will give you
the feedback and motivation to continue your journey toward improved
