Organizations and community groups that commit to participate as an Activate Chester County Community Partner agree to:

• Pledge to support the Activate Chester County initiative
• Are listed as a Community Partner on the Activate Chester County web site and in
  printed pieces
• Have a web site link to and from the Activate Chester County site
• Receive tools and support to implement a healthier environment
• Adopt and promote a healthy environment.
• Assist in the promotion of the Activate Chester County initiative in publications to members/staff/employees
• Assist in the promotion and utilization of the Activate Chester County website.
• Provide employees an opportunity to participate in challenges/incentives/worksite wellness programs.
• Provide an internal ambassador for the initiative.
• Provide an annual health promotion summary for confidential program evaluation purposes.
• Provide a link to the Activate Chester County website on your organization's website, and agree to be listed as a community partner on the Activate Chester County site.
