and is easy to use, you can access at any time and as often as

You do the activity, and the PFT will calculate and track your
activities and show your activities in the past 30 days.
Logging your activity time will allow you to participate in our
monthly challenges by assigning each activity minute 1 point. The
challenges will challenge you to strive towards increasing your physical
