An Activate Chester County group makes a commitment towards the promotion and participation in the Activate Chester County Healthy Communities Challenge.

Types of Groups May Include:

Worksites
What a great way to send your message on the importance of employee health. Sign on and encourage and motivate your employees to take positive actions towards health. Custom Challenges as well as wellness programs are available.

Schools
Our children are not getting the activity they need… All of the public school districts in Chester County are currently listed in the affiliation section. Individual schools can create challenges and motivate one to be active.
Custom Challenges are available.

Other Types of Groups
Faith- Based Community Groups, Families, Walking or Biking Clubs, Community Service or Civic Groups, Sports Teams and Leagues, Retirement Communities……

All of these different groups can challenge and support one another to get ACTIVE...

Once registered, your Group will receive:

• Promotional materials
• Activate Chester County Decal
• Welcome acknowledgment on Activate Chester County home page
• An end of year report on your groups activities

Fee based and available to all groups wanting to create specialized challenges and incentive rewards for their participants.
